Board and Staff Members

Executive Director and President - Brenda Francis was called by God in the year of 1985 to do the works of an Evangelist. She has been ordained to preach, teach, and baptize along with other duties of the five-fold ministry since "2011." She's happily married to retired Sergeant First Class Moses Francis for 36 years and they have four God filled children, three sons and a daughter. They also have beautiful God-filled grandchildren whom they both love and adore! She's the Pastor of Desert Rose Christ Church since "2015."  She's adamant about spreading the good news of the LORD, and also lecturing in Sunday School, because she knows this is where children, teens and adults, often first receive the knowledge and revelation of who God is, and it's where they can ask questions for their own personal spiritual growth in the LORD.

Her Accounting and Business Admin degrees aids her in the three ministries she has been appointed. Also, certified through the Prison Fellowship Organization as a volunteer, she has used her certification through the Chaplain’s department at (Santa Rita Prison in Dublin, CA). She was licensed in Real Estate in "2017" and also applied and became a commissioned notary officer of the state of Texas and is currently serving. She also enjoys planning fundraising events.

The TCO ministry was instilled into her heart in "2010." She prayed and sought GOD about the vision given to her. She fasted forty days and continued to pray a full year thereafter. The revelation God gave to her was to prepare herself for this ministry. In "2012" she sat down and began to write it on paper. She thereafter followed through, and saw the vision come to life. While her husband completed his last duty of service at Mountain View CA, she began to work out her faith of going into the harvest fields to do God's work. She busied herself with planning so that when GOD would bring everything together as He had purposed, she'd be ready and prepared, (although she knows one can never be fully prepared for oppositions along life's journey.) While multi-tasking herself with different ministries, she's also writing a second book titled: 'MY HEARTS MIND ' where she expresses a compassion for Jesus Christ like never before! She says, " I'm amazed at God's Grace, and His Divine Revelation of our existence with Him, before the foundations of the earth (Eph.1:4)." She's also committed to never growing tired of doing the (works) of building God's Kingdom here on earth, while journeying back home to Heaven where she will encounter an everlasting love relationship with Christ.

Vice President - Moses L. Francis SR. retired after 32 years of military service in the United States Army. He and his wife recently moved to Tomball TX from Central TX where they had lived since his retirement in "2014." He gave his life to the LORD at the age of 12 at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Houston, TX. and, he has been active for the LORD since that time. He's presently a member of Desert Rose Christ Church where he's the assistant to the Pastor. The husband-and-wife team has been happily married for 36 blessed years. They have four God filled children, including three sons and a daughter. Their children have produced 14 beautiful grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and they're all being raised in the admonition of the LORD.

He has a degree in Business Management, and during his time in the military he and his family were blessed to attend several different denominations of Worship Service unto the LORD. Throughout their travels he served on two Deacon boards, he also served as a Sunday School teacher, President of a "Men's Brotherhood Ministry, and sang in two Church Choirs.

Chief Financial Officer - Pat Lechlider is also the CEO Administrator of a non-profit called Native Americans Life Alternatives, Inc. She lived a troubled youth life where she never found happiness until she was 16 years old and gave her life to Jesus in a little Holiness Church in Bixby, OK. Shortly after, she began to backslide, and lived a life which consisted of being everything but Holy. In 1973 she met and married but would soon find out that she would not be able to bear children. She then soon recommitted her life back to Jesus, and they were able to adopt. She fell away again from the LORD but was able to gather herself up and receive her GED, after which she started taking classes in Computer training where she almost finished and got her certificate, but in the last week of training she had a life changing accident. She spent the next year in recovery. During her recovery she was not able to work because the accident had taken its toll on her skills. This time being at the end of her ropes she called on Jesus, and when calling out to Him he answered. He called her to serve Him, and this was her greatest life changing experience.

She's called to bring healing and life changes to women and children through counseling, housing, clothing, food, education, and job training. She has worked tirelessly since "1986" to see the manifestation of God's Will in her life. What is most important to her is her commitment to the father and his purpose for her. God has been in her life all along the way, and every experience in her life is about His call to her.

Secretary - Fran Garcia Vaughan accepted the Lord in the late "1970's." For her it has been, and still is, an exciting spiritual journey. She's has been married to her husband Glenn for 12 years. She presently attends Fresh Start Church & Family Life Center in MD. She's also an active sponsor of EBOB which is a Christian based missions' group. Fran believes in the purpose and integrity of The Cheer Organization, and she is excited about being an instrument to be used by God, and in dedicating her services for a worthy cause unto the community.
